Dear Friends,
Hope these last few weeks of summer are treating you well. It’s hard for me to believe that it is practically time to go back to campus, seems we just said goodbye to our graduating seniors.
Right now we are busy arranging the many pre-school year preparations. There are lots of unknowns this year as our team is undergoing many transitions in our roles as well as how we approach ministry and relate to one another as a team. Ken and I will be officially focusing on the “Destino” movement in the Sacramento Area full-time and on our own. We could use a lot of prayer for the Holy Spirits leading as we try to penetrate into this growing and difficult to reach segment of the campus. This ministry is still in its baby stages nationwide.
Personally, we are preparing for the arrival of Miranda Nicole in early September. (Right as we will be launching all the Davis and Sacramento movements on our team.) We have huge praises this time around as this pregnancy, so far, has had less complications and we have not had to deal with the Diabetes!!!! And, God has had mercy on me here in Davis as we have had unusually cool weather this summer.
Anyhoo, hope all is well, let us know if we can pray for you in anyway… we love to lift you up as well.
